Let me spell it out easily for you. The side that outplayed you on your own ground, scored 3 goals and conceded no goals we stuffed 0-5 last week. The chasm in quality between Liverpool and Everton is identified in those 2 results.
Dont forget Uniteds exit. We won more trophies last year than Moyes in 11 years. That's what this is about.
We just find it funny that David Moyes is hailed as a messiah by some Everton fans despite his inability to win anything in the last 11 years. In that time the likes of Birmingham City, Portsmouth, Swansea City and Middlesbrough have won something yet Everton haven't managed a single trophy in that time.
Who here is celebrating? Laughing at the pathetic display and the thought of bitters coming on here trying to deflect , so thanks fir being first.
In fairness, there was also quite a few on here that wanted Everton to go on and win the cup. Don't take comments by a few posters as the feelings for all Liverpool fans
Agree with Denny i wanted them to go further and poss even win the cup.But once again the blues are inept to do so. And Moyes without a cup on his c/v continues Got a few blue noses in the fam so our house will be less busy for a week or so
Does anyone think Moyes can take Everton any further than where they are at present without that much needed financial backing?
There is a small but reasonable probability that next season Everton could be without Moyes, Baines and Fellaini. In which case they could drop down the table. Not relegation candidates, but probably lower half of the table.
In all fairness the answer to that Is no I'll answer you lol the rest of the drivel Is not worth a reply...
And in all fairness you wouldn't find a single bitter who'd want us to win anything so I feel no guilt in winding the **** out of them. In fact my trip to the boozer is going to turn into a total WUM fest Moyes stretch continues, Fellaini (their player of the season so far) booed off and no doubt getting off, fans leaving after half an hour, trounced by Wigan who we've just thrashed Happy days until tomorrows game at least.
Moyes: "We don't finger anybody. I might do it in the dressing room but I certainly won't do it publicly" Is day more a future Chelsea manager rather than united after that....
It's not just about Moyes. Everton will now go 18 years without a trophy, so in a couple of months there could well be Bitters in your pub (legally) who have never seen Everton lift a trophy in their lifetime.
I don't think he could take them much further WITH financial backing. He's good at spotting cheap talent, but I don't think he'd know what to do with a large amount of money to be honest.
Paying £15m for Felliani didn't turn out too bad But seriously, I know what you mean, Andy Johnson (£8.5m), Yakubu (£11.75m), Bilyaletdinov (£10m), etc wasn't so great. However, I think he's earned the right to be given a chance
