Fact...Jose doesn't want a job for life. He barely stays at any club for more than 2-3 years. He has aspirations of managing his country too. Most Chelsea fans accept he'd want the United job but aint going to sit around for it. Why he could come back to Chelsea: - - His inevitable move from Madrid coincides with us needing a new manager - He has said his next job will be England - The only other non english job that could happen is PSG - but are they going to sack Ancelotti when he wins them the title? Doubtful, especially with Leonardo in charge there. - So in England the only other top side likely to be in for a manager in City if they sack Mancini. If he really wants the United job he'll never take this. - To finish the job with us - To prove Roman wrong for sacking him - He has a house in London and a daughter going to Uni in London - He is worshipped by 95% of CFC fans; he'd have to earn this at any other club - He loves CFC and has a great relationship with some of the players like Terry, Lamps, Cole and Cech. It's not defo but you'd have to admit, we have to be favourites when all considered assuming he leaves Madrid this summer and Fergie doesn't retire in the meantime.
Most people expect Ancelotti to be sacked even if they do win it, simply because they have not dominated the league like they were expected to with that squad, plus there is a rumor flying around that he already has a verbal agreement to take over from Mourinho next season.
Jorge Mendes & Goncalo Lopes both seem to suggest otherwise. Mourinho in regular contact with Chelsea players that have all a sudden began to talk to the media and say they are open to his return. Mourinho himself said adamantly he would return to Chelsea for a 2nd spell... It's you that needs to wake up and smell the coffee. There are probably 3/4 jobs in England Mourinho would take. United - Fergie is there, board don't want him City - Tension between Mourinho and directors Arsenal - Wenger is still there, Mourinho wouldn't go there anyway. please log in to view this image
Why would he want to return to Chelsea if he has already been sacked by Roman? Surely that's got to work against you? The way he has treated managers over the last few years, why would any top manager want to go there? I mean look at how well AVB is doing now.... all he needed was some time, he is clearly a top class manager. And now you have Rafa I admit that its a possibility that he will return but I feel that Utd are favourites to get him.
If The Special One does goes back to CFC (which I am extremely doubtful that he will), it will be purely to wait for Fergie to retire. I don't think Mourhino is so insensitive as to leave CFC directly for United, which is yet another reason why I cannot see him trying to make a second go of it back at CFC. Mourhino is not stupid, and you'd have to be stupid to think that Mad Dog has the ability to change his spots. Any manager taking the CFC job (whilst Abramovich is in charge) will be doing it purely for the money. Is that how you want it?
Like anyone takes note of your magic 8ball style ramblings you lunatic The only reason you even leave your own board is because Spurs are doing OK. Otherwise you'd be back hiding there as usual Shouldn't you be getting ready for court, on charges of impersonating a human being
Why. United is not the top job to a Spanish Manager, nor an Italian one, nor a German one. What on earth are you rambling about you lunatic. Besides you make many predictions every day, you're bound to hit the mark cos you say one thing and then a few days later you say the opposite I swear sometimes I think you are just a web bot spammer
Top 3 clubs in the world: Real, Barca and Man Utd. Thats why any manager would be interested in the job, unless of course they already manage one of the others. But in Jose's case, it looks like he is leaving Real soon and Utd and Barca are the only two clubs that he could join that would be on par with Real in terms of size and stature in the footballing world.
You seem certain Pepe would have chosen United over bayer if the job was available, even though United are up to their balls in debt which also rules out Jose. You have just attempted to make up the minds of every European manager for them, how arrogant and presumptuous is that, typical manc You could not possibly know what manager would choose what job on any given day United unless you know, are 8th in European success, most foreign managers do not read the BBC I'm afraid. 8th You put far too much stock in the hype. next you'll be reiterating you've 659 million fans again I mean, who wants to move from Milan or Barcalona or Madrid to Manchester What a ****hole, but lets not consider other factors that come into a decision on taking a job, the beeb says United are great and that's all foreign managers need eh?
I think you'e taking this too literal. Obviously not all managers want to move there atm. AVB for instance wouldn't. But if you asked him, at one point would you want to manage Man Utd if the chance arose, im pretty sure he would be very very tempted. You could pick whatever ranking you wish... So by your argument Liverpool are a bigger and more attractive club to manage because they have won more european titles?! There's always going to be some ranking or table or chart that you will choose to try to belittle Manchester United. Manchester United is the biggest club in the prem. Fact. More supporters, more revenue, more trophies (recent, before you drag up some bollocks from 40 years ago) than any other team. Globally, who is on par?? Im not saying utd is the best by any stretch but not many managers would turn down the oppurtunity. What i can say safely is that the Utd job is farrrrrr more attractive than the Chelsea job.
The Premier League is the most popular league in the world, and viewing figures prove this. Man Utd are and have been by far the best team in that league for the past 20 years. Bayern Munich are a great club, no doubt about it, but they don't have the same global appeal that Man Utd have. Man Utd may well have the biggest fan base world wide, and if they don't it can only be Real and Barca ahead of them
Well they wasn't the best in 2004 & 2005 and 2010 nor were they better than Arsenal, Blackburn & City when they won theirs so run along little wummette and go to bed before daddy catches you playing on his porn machine.
Er... actually, no, I don't. I suspect that you are annoyed with me because I predicted the following:- (a) that Coco would get sacked by 'Pool (which he did), (b) that 'Pool would spend several seasons in mid-table obscurity (which you have, and continue to do so) (c) that Kenny-Boy would be an utter disaster for 'Pool (which he was) (d) that Kenny-Boy would get the sack (which he did) (e) that Roy Rodgers would do no better for 'Pool than he did for Swansea (which he hasn't) For someone so "hit-and-miss" I'm not doing too badly, Mouser
err yes you do and he has sussed you out you nasty little sum. You're not wanted so please piss off back to the shipwreck board.
Well, we have seen your predictions before and as the forums biggest sum you have had many to which none have actually transpired, Like the last years Spud juggernaught that was so 'clearly going to win the title'
Various teams have had there day in the sun over the past 20 years, but generally speaking we have dominated English football for the past 20 years. No other team comes close
Its been how long since united were taken over by the Glazers and people still don't understand the debt
Biggest "sum"? I know that you think I'm worth a million dollars, Ozzie, but it's too big a compliment. Thanks, anyway. Yes, they have, as my 'Pool predictions show. You're being a little disingenuous, here, Ozzie. For a start, I didn't "predict" that Spurs would win the title, I merely pointed out (as did many others, non-Spurs fans included) that we were in contention, which we clearly were. It wasn't my fault that Capello resigned and the media decided to have a Redknapp love-in. Redknapp's fantasy about lifting the World Cup for England cost us at least 3rd spot, a place in the CL, and, ultimately, him his job. As for you scoffing at the 'might Spurs juggernaut," we still finished above you, when we had no right to do so, on paper; and we seem to be motoring along at a fairly decent pace, at the moment, too.
