I know Hendersons best position is rm but I can't fit sessegnon into a 442 unless he's on the right, the team would change depending on who we were playing, if height was needed turner would come into the back 4 to replace bramble and meyler would come in for colback. id go between 4-4-2 and 4-2-3-1 depending on opposition/home or away
I see what you mean. I never want to witness seeing Henderson playing in the middle again, because he was absolutely ****e in there. Zenden should have been playing that position during Catts injury spell.
This highlights our problem over the last few seasons, we just have not had a consistant team to just tinker and add to season after season, this summer was all about quality not quantity, oh well it makes good reading in the gossip columns but I just hope Bruce can gel them together for next season!
papas demba cisse, I know he's scored a lot of goals this season but before this year I don't think he's been prolific at all. I have never seen the lad play so can't pass judgement, but if people are just looking at scoring charts, dj cambell has 13 in the premier league and if blackpool go down would surely be available for around 2m. Not a marquee name but id be more than happy to take him at that price. Bruce talks about a minimum of 4 strikers for next season, I wouldn't be opposed to gyan, bothroyd, dj campbell and a marquee signing
