I can change shifts when I like as well, so I am off at easter for 12 nights without using any holiday days

no, that would kill me
I swap shifts over a couple of months of which I will do 4 odd extra days, just like doing unpaid overtime
I am then owed 4 shifts which I will take at once which means I have 12 off

 

ah right, that makes sense...12 on the trot sounded hidious and i don't even know what you do! lol
