    Have to admit that anything Ricky Gervais puts up, makes me laugh. I would urge anyone who gets his humour to watch Derek on Channel 4. :emoticon-0103-cool:

    :police: Masked Man, tell them to watch The Making of Derek too....hilarious!

    I must be missing something 'cos I think he's about as funny as the Ten O'clock News.
    But each to their own.

    I find some of his stuff just rude in as much he just slings insults but I found extras funny and the office was a classic.

    That's humour for you, I could never laugh at Morcambe and Wise or Tommy Cooper, but people I know raved about them! <cool> Hi-Yo!

    Perhaps that was because you can't spell Morecambe? Notice you first put it up as Morcombe but altered it and still got it wrong.....<laugh>

    Spelling :police::police: in action!

    It's strange, I do rely on my spelling instincts without checking it. I thought it didn't look right....Fug it! Touché Sparkey!

    :police: how small minded Officer to correct a spelling mistake......I for one wouldn't lower myself! <whistle>

    Was never overly keen on Morecambe & Wise but big Tommy Coopers gags are legendary.

    I do find him funny, but I've never seen Derek and I heard it wasn't his best work.

    His 'Animals' and 'Politics' Live stand ups were good but after that??... not so much.
    He should always be thanked for unleashing Karl Pilkington on the the world though <ok>

    It's a bit hit and miss but overall I've enjoyed it.

    I liked the Duran Duran Simon Le Bon episode!
