    The power is in the hands of the management to change things, otherwise we will continue our slow decline. We have everything in place, we just need another fresh start. We did it a while ago when we brought in Arsene. We need to be brave again and bring in someone new with new ideas and enthusiasm. Hopefully this will kick our board into action and support the new manager appropriately. It's time for us to be progressive again and usher a new era!

    I think Wenger is still one of the best coaches in the world, but I completely agree that our board need to be more progressive and less cautious. They claim that they have the structure in place now, so let's see some action <ok>
