Red Hot Chilli Peppers at Hyde Park was the worst - a months worth of rain on the Sunday - 'kin soaked.
Last time i saw RHCP was at Leeds Fest, it wasn't good at all. Infact 3 of them decided to go off stage before the end of the set and didn't come back on, leaving Flea to do a bass solo. They were headlining that year as well. Shocking.
morrissey at brid spa was in 2004 i think, it was real good and stereophonics at ice arena not as good but still a good live act
theres a youtube clip of that night , i used to watch Hitman and Her while playing cards - i also remember being pissed off one night coz it was interrupted because of Desert Storm ? back then it was the first through the night TV show on the weekend
The Strokes at Hull City hall always sticks out in my mind. It was one of my very first gigs and i was right at the front. Bloc Party at City hall were really good too. I saw the Cure at leeds fest last year, i've wanted to see them since i was 11 and they did a three hour set so that was pretty special. A couple of weeks ago i saw Frightened Rabbit in Leeds, they're probably the best UK band around right now.
Beatles Llandudno 17th August 1963 - last show of 2 shows per night/6 night engagement Bob Marley and the Wailers - 'Rastaman Vibration' tour - Leeds Uni 1976 You may as well give up now......
MMMMNNNNNNNNNN Stacia................ 6' 2" of solid amazonian totty.......i was "standing on a runway waiting for take off" many a time
I did not go to that one but the U2/Sir Macca opening and Pink Floyds ending were very good. Slash+snakepit were a massive disapointment that day. imo

I never thought I would see the words Keane and immense in the same sentence unless it was talking about Roy or indeed Michael's winner at Barnsley.
Unless someone can claim to have been backstage chasing the dragon with Hendrix whilst getting noshed off by Joplin at Woodstock that will not be beaten. It simply cannot be beaten.
Ash at the Octagon in Sheffield 1996. Got a split lip and shiner from a crowd surfing dickhead but they were outstanding. Mate of mine was at Donington to see ACDC 1991 and said the opening riff of Thunderstruck is the best moment of his life. He's a father of 3 so it's quite a statement.
Wish i'd gone to see the White Stipes at Brid Spa after they brought out Elephant. Mates all went and wouldn't stop raving about it. Incidently, Elephant came out 10 years ago. How time flies.
I was there , superb , and yes time really does fly Also Radiohead at Brid Spa in about 1997 was epic ( yes , even better than Oasis )
I was invited to a private gig by the Jam in their home town-2 hours no support act.The bloke who invited me also invited me to watch Brentford vs. city(7-2).What a cruel ****er.
