I hope we get Adidas back when the Puma contract runs out. It is the one time when I want someone called Adolf to come back, replace his crappy brother.

By law (trading standards act) if the shirt has a defect from the shop they are obliged to exchange or refund (note it is still legal to simply provide a voucher for the same amount to be spent in shop).

If you wash it and it falls apart they are exempt from this as you may have washed it incorrectly to the instructions.

    Take it back.

It's second season shirt - not as good as the first one, bit shabby, ends in tears :)

Just picked up one myself, wish I'd done the £40 pricematch thing down to £35, although chuffed they were offering free prem badges I've not had them on since being a bairn so I'll pretend that I just spent the fiver on them instead!
I've got to go back in the morning for shirt printing - undecided between Towers or Toonsi on the back and again dunno what number!
I'll bear in mind the £10 thing at JJB though, as should be able to match that still.

It depends where you are getting it from too mate, as long as they have a JJB close by (in the same town) they wil price match, otherwise they won't. I like the Prem Badges too, makes it feel a bit more like an actual top (have them on the current top too...wish I had championship ones from last year as well though)

Bought it from the one in the White Rose shopping centre, pretty sure there's only the Sports Direct and JD sports there, but been told I can get it printed anywhere with the receipt, so may try the one in Leeds city centre tomorrow then as I know there's a JJB there!

*edit* Repped and succeeded anyway <cheers>!

Cheers ToonSi, hope you get it for the JJB price

I forgot to add...if you only want say 6 letters and 1 number then that will only cost £10 anyways, so you won't need to ask them to price match. It costs £1 a letter and £4 a number (so you can work it out beforehand)

    edit: repped back...successful too somehow!

Looks chatty as **** to me.

I'm still sporting the relegation season shirt.... It's the last decent one we had.

    I got my members one.
Material is really nice much better than last year - no problems with it so far but lets see after first wash.

Think it's kind of better that the sponsor logo isn't a big block, means it wont be annoying as **** as this seasons shirt. But couldn't it just have been striped as normal and then gold lettering? :( that would've looked pretty smart! the gold lettering is lots better!

Still unsure whether to get it or not to be honest. Going to wait for the 3rd kit, then compare.

Got mine in the post yesterday.

Overall material is very thin, feels very cheap.

The gold Puma brand and Club emblum are nicely stitched, but being attached to such a thin material almost spoils it. Natwest backround is part of the shirt, and yes the worst part is the stick on Northern Rock lettering.

My last replica was the 09-10 and it was a medium which was reasonably tight on me so I decided to try a large for this new strip and it literally hangs off me. Not in a 'too big for me' way, but as if they have made the shirt hang lower.

    Overall......7/10

It actually looks quite good wearing it. To view it is a nice shirt and I look forward to seeing the players wearing it. Its only when you actually have one, and notice the quality it disappoints.

I personally love the new top! Now lets hope we don't unexpectedly sell Coloccini!
