    Utd got a couple of very lucky decisions. The ruled out goal and the Rafael handball off the line.

    As you keep telling us, these decisons even themselves out in the end <ok>

    Meh. Always the risk that poor officiating will influence a game. And always the risk that will end up with a team knocked out of the CL.

    Still, I'm sure we can find a few Chelsea fans to send the ref some death threats on our behalf.

    Interesting way of looking at it - personally I just thought Mourinho was embarrassed to win like that. After he'd built the tie up as the one the world wants to watch, seeing it influenced by the ref so much must have been hard to take.

    I personally wouldn't have been happy if the ref had made a shocker like that against Madrid.

    Hes not wrong though, doesnt matter if he meant it or not, it was dangerous play and the statutory puniishment is a sending off

    In the league i'd say luck balances out normaly. In the cup when its a one hit KO like that... No they dont.

    The times it hit Real players arms it was when they had their hands behind their backs, ball to hand, no pen.

    Rafael stuck his arm out and clearly prevented a goal, if the ref had spotted it, it would have been a pen and a red. That along with the ruled out goal in the first half meant that the ref actually did you a favour, so you can't really complain <ok>
