    It was reckless. But reckless play is a yellow card by the definition of the laws of the game. Excessive force is a red and I don't think there was excessive force in the challenge.

    Yeah, if he was looking at the guy with that foot up, then its a red, but he was totally focused on the ball. He has to go for that ball, & no-one would have complained at a yellow.
