I only ever use my phone for this forum so don't have a clue what all this rep is all about. I have had a bit of a set to with Piskie the last couple of days and being a mod he's probably put my rep at a massive low!!
Well it's not like any Mousers have jobs, they can afford to spend all day on here repping each other...
I get them partly due to giving out and receiving so much rep! The Geordie lot have a rep brothel and a few members have 47k rep and 4.7m points! Mines high, second highest on the Liverpool board but I'm no way near the highest on the forum?
I asked PNP the same thing a few weeks ago. IIRC, there's a * located below where it says your rep power. if you click on it, you can choose to approve or disapprove of that post. if you approve, it adds points. When a user hits a certain threshold of points, the rep power goes up. Users with high rep power's will cause your rep power to improve very quickly, i think. - hence why Enricky's has just made yours shoot up to 306. If they click disapprove, funnily enough, it takes your rep power down if it does enough damage to your current points. I'm sure someone will correctly if i'm wrong on that, but I think that's about right. - Which is ironic, as this post is now probably worth receiving rep power for!
You are very much correct, so therefore, have some rep! Every 100 rep you have is 1 rep point for someone else, I think

Thanks, I think I'm beyond the pale though, reps from small fry like you don't really help my situation. Enricky, Astroturfnaut et al are the ones carrying the key to my redemption.
