Why not purchase grow lights for the stadium? Seems easier than kicking Hull FC out or changing the stadium to let more sunlight in. Uh and before you make some comment about Cali and weed, I looked it up and they actually sell Stadium Grow Lighting.

Apparently we do already have grow lights so a poster on here claimed before.

Didn't we have our pitch relaid in the summer to avoid all this happening again? And shouldn't under soil heating help prevent the cold winter from doing too much damage?

Maybe we need to rip the whole lot up and see what new technology there is on offer, because one things for sure, whatever we have now just aint cutting it no mo'.

If we do then we do not have it from one of the top sellers. They all list the clubs that use them and I can not find one that lists us as a client. This company seems to be the biggest provider. Lots of PL and European clubs use them. The set up looks impressive.

FC usually play away when City are at home... and vica versa... Once the rugby starts the pitch gets used about as often as if Hull City were playing Saturday and Tuesday every week, if not slightly less so on occasion. It's not often that pitch has two games on a weekend at all.

It is not the rugby fans saying the football does more damage. The groundstaff say neither rugby or football cause anymore damage than the other

Even old trafford pitch is looking dodgy, its the long cold winter, lack of sunshine, they need to invest in growth light thingies, west stand is the tallest stand and obviously in mid afternoom sunshine that blocks out the sun too!

Probably because there was a rugby league game played on it last October.

Old Trafford hasn't has the pitch relaid for 10 years.
