As for the wage bill, I take it Coutinho, Assaidi, Sturridge, Borini, Allen & Yessil, all play for nowt then? Not to mention the new deal that Sterling signed. So whilst there'll have been a reduction there's no way it'll be anywhere near £35M p.a.

Your marketing is good & your new deals will no doubt add to the coffers, but don't forget that last year you also had 2 cup finals which will have bolstered the revenue.

As far as I was aware the PL success money arrives in August mate.

 

Before you even start to think about marketing and corporate strategy you really should do some basic work upon your grammar!

 

I think the fixed money arrives in July or August, but I'm pretty sure the merit payment for where you finish in the league is paid in June. Utd always list the merit payment in their Q4 results which implies it arrives between 1st April and 30th June. And it can't arrive before the 15th May cos it's impossible to be certain of all the league payments.

I reckon a lot of clubs would be pissed off if they didn't get their merit payments until the transfer window was half closed!

 

Regardless of when it's actually paid the merit payment would be included in any income figures to June anyway.
