Well, looking at the fixture list, we now have 11 games left in which to save ourselves.
The next 2 are at home, and represent a big chance to lift ourselves free from the mire.
It is vital we take that chance in our home games against Brighton and 'Boro, because Derby away will be a difficult afternoon. Against that, we are at Wolves, who we could send into serious trouble by beating them.
Best thing is, SOD has us playing for the first time this season as a unit. We dont look like conceding goals for a pastime, and Davies and Steady are giving us a cutting edge.

So we can do ourselves a real favour by winning our next 2 games, and maybe look forward to something better next term.

But then we have said that before haven't we...

The "Jonah" in me says we rarely if ever, win two consecutive home games in four days. But never say never!!!

It can be done but its going to be bloody hard! 4 points from the nest 2 home games would be BRILLIANT!

Looking for 6 Shiny because I really fancy us to turn over Brighton I think the match against Boro will be harder and will probably go to the odd goal.

Thanks Shiny. Do you know I'd forgotten that when I posted this morning. Must be getting old because I saw both games and with the home draw against Blackpool, I have not seen the City lose yet this season when I'm there.

I am not sure why everyone thinks that we HAVE to beat Brighton - sure, it would be nice but how many more times do I have to say it, we need to focus on the games that we have a decent chance of winning and I reckon these are:-

    Boro
    Wolves
    Sheffield Wednesday
    Birmingham
    Huddersfield
    Charlton

With our improving confidence, these are winnable and if we do that and get 1 more point, we should be safe....
