We back on home soil tommorow night for the visit of dirty Leeds. David Nugent should be on the bench after returning to training today. Matty James should also be avalible and might make the bench but I think we will unchanged. So here is my team Schmeichel De Laet Morgan Keane Konchesky Marshall King Drinkwater Knockaert Kane Wood Subs- Logan, Whitbread, Dyer, James, Gallagher, Waghorn, Nugent
@StringerSport: #lcfc boss Nigel Pearson has confirmed David Nugent is training this afternoon and has a chance of playing vs Leeds tomorrow #neck
Yeah we do as Michael Brown will kick lumps out them. We will have to get him running at Konch for him to nail him. But James is coming back from injury and i doubt this is the type of game to throw him in. And then theres Wellens We dont get bullied as much at home its the away games we do.
Sean St Ledger ‏@seanstledger12 Ricoh arena Coventry is where you'll find me this afternoon!! #21's
Was just going to point out the same, Brown has only played 15 minutes in the last three games, as for Dirty Leeds we haven't picked up a booking in any of the last four matches
We havent had a booking and Stephen Warnock 2 foot lunged James Henry in the knee/ankle in the last one Magician
Head ruling heart I think we could pip Leeds 2-1 whilst Hull and the Stripey Nigels (thanks to the Wall board for that) fight out a lively 2-2 ...
Crystal Palace beating Hull would probably be a better result for us. We should beat Leeds, but then again... Ipswich result put me in a really bad mood so I'm glad I'm going out and therefore won't be tempted to listen.
I think if Nugent passes the finess test he will start alongside Wood with Kane dropping to the bench - but likely to be brought on for one of the two sometime after half-time depending on how things are going ...
We usually look worse without Nugent I think, although didn't need him against a very poor Blackburn side. He's nailed-on for a starting place when fit, and I think after Morgan (and possibly Knockaert) is probably our player of the season so far.
He was actually one of our main threats from set pieces whilst he was with us ... so wouldn't rule it out!!!
Leeds hooligan army had targeted Lester for the seasons big ruck-but then they saw the pom poms on the trees and came over all mellow. You big cuddly softies!
