That second goal was one of the most atrocious pieces of play I think I have ever seen. How on this Earth can you dare call yourself a professional football club and not even follow one of the most basic rules of the sport , PLAY UNTIL THE WHISTLE YOU MORONS. Seriously though is there any of those 'Defending For Dummies' going to send to the Arsenal boys?
Have we had any chances yet? No. If we do get top four this season it will be a damming indictment on whichever of Spurs or Chelsea we overtake. We simply aren't good enough to get 3 points off top teams anymore.
I hate to say it but someone like Mancini or Mourinho would actually not hesitate to make changes ASAP if the game plan isn't working. Arsene has become more and more tactically inept. I wouldn't be surprised if Wenger only makes his first sub at 70minutes when it's too late... but you never know... maybe he reads not606.
Arsenal have dominated the game. Kept the ball, passed well, and up until the second goal went in it was basically all Arsenal. But we just fail hard in the final third, no cutting edge so far. On the other hand, spurs have been on the back foot and had some shakey moments, but when they have had opportunities they have burried them. 2 goals down in the NLD isn't game over at all. There will be more goals to come - let's hope it's us scoring them! Vermaelen needs to sort himself out - his form is not good enough at the moment and Kosc should be starting for us.
Defending was atrocious for both goals, we handed those goals to Spurs. We've now got to pull this one out of the bag and we're going to have to go for it, we played quite well in the first half (other than the defending for the two goals) so we've got goals in us. This game is not over yet
We need an extra spark - i'd get Rosicky on for the yellow carded Ramsey (who has had a good game so far, but i think Rosicky will help us get goals).
