A year ago today, I was under the knife having part of a disk removed from my back **** me time moves on quick
I'm ok now mate just didn't realise I had arthritis in my neck as the lower back was masking the pain. But if I take my 2 tremodol a day sometime's 4 I'm ok. I can now take up golf again now so I'm going to have a game soon probably still **** but they say my back will be straighter now so should be able to hit the ball now
