In other news, Suarez has just scored. 0-2 to Liverpool now.

"perfect timing to change the manager"

    Yeah right.

Did not create one single chance with our "barcelona" style football. Only time we looked even remotely dangerous was long shots and Jay-Rod running at their defence.

I wonder if Pochettino has a Plan B?? Because his Plan A has been well and truely rumbled.

Never a good sign when the referee has to call over two of your players and tell them to stop fighting. Wigan's a bit of a mess, thankfully.

Got to agree with Olly. I' m genuinely a bit worried now- Can only hope that Reading, Villa and Wigan continue to play as bad as we do

One good save from a corner. How many times did we get into the box at the end of a passing move?

From what I've heard we had enough chances to get something. Let's hope today is a blip. Draw a line and move on.

Look nobody is pretending that today was nothing other than a poor performance. However, you only seem to crop up when you can make some sweeping criticism or other. Today doesn't make Pochettino a bad manager any more than the victory against City makes him Sir Alf Ramsay. Perspective and support would go a long way.....

Why do you refuse to accept that the so called "moaners" can never be correct? We have gone backwards since the managerial change and this result proves it. Be VERY worried for our remaining games.

I'm logging off now until tomorrow. LTlaces has it spot on. Today doesn't make MP a bad manager.

We have to remember that Cortese is never wrong. We have to remember that lots of pictures of smiling players in Training means everything is wonderful. We have to remember that the club has a new ipad app. THESE ARE THE IMPORTANT THINGS.

Playing **** against the worse team in the division, its really not a thing to be concerned about or to discuss at all.

What about that half time relay race eh?! Tremendous!!!!!!!!!

I feel the same way, disappointed and feeling a bit let down, I will sleep on it, and move on.

I think Everton, Wigan and QPR would all have been victories under Adkins.

Does Newcastle then? One defeat in 12 before he arrived. 3 defeats in 6 and 1 win. These are not good stats are they?

Can't prove it though, can you?

Pochettino beat Chelsea. Would Adkins have? No way of knowing.

That's your opinion, mine is our team would still have to have 15 chances to score so the results would be the same.
