Apologies if I got that one wrong but one out of eight isn't too bad, I'm sure you'll agree - if only we could score goals to that ratio. By the way who are you calling "common"?

Albatross The problem with been patient is that, the people who are asking the questions only ask the
questions that give the answer that keeps Scottish Football/Rangers in the clear.
Or else make deductions that no wise normal person could arrive at. The tax case tribunal, two of the
adjudicators said that Rangers were a wee bit tardy with supply the required information. Most people
would regard it different as the other adjudicator explained that it took six and a half years and a visit
from the Met police.. that speaks volumes of the mind set of two of the adjudicators and of the
    Strathclyde Police force.

If as Barclays Bank seem to think, HMRC win the UTT then the payments become illegal and the process becomes a UK legal issue not something contained within Scotland. This will have repercussions for the directors of the former club in a criminal investigation of tax evasion over 11 years and £47million. The scenario changes to rfc illegally paying players. LNS makes this clear on page 42. UEFA will have to look at a member club illegally paying players over an 11 year period. They would probably order the expulsion of the member club from football. However, the club is liquidated. The outcome......CG Claims that they are the same club, if they are then they must face the consequences, if they are not the same club, UEFA would have to say so. UEFA could not allow a club to illegally pay players over so long a period, yet remain unpunished. We will find out finally, if they are old or new club, because CG would have to come out and say so. UEFA may also order the trophies to be stripped. Illegal payments changes the playing ground from correct or incorrect registration to illegal payments an an unfair advantage in sporting terms.LNS ruling is no long relevant.

The UTT case is crucial and every director of rfc at the time must be seeking legal advice as to their defence, which will probably be, DM ran the club, but as directors, whether they were driving the bus or not, it was their responsibility.

This has a long long way to run.
