    Team News
Will be posted as soon as there is an update.

    Past meetings
We have only met 7 times with Aldershot since they become Aldershot town, we have won 4 drawing 2 and only losing the once which was the first meeting at their ground.
    20 Sep 2008 Aldershot Town v Gillingham L 2-1 League Two
    17 Feb 2009 Gillingham v Aldershot Town D 4-4 League Two
    29 Jan 2011 Gillingham v Aldershot Town W 2-1 League Two
    01 Mar 2011 Aldershot Town v Gillingham D 1-1 League Two
    19 Nov 2011 Aldershot Town v Gillingham W 1-2 League Two
    02 Jan 2012 Gillingham v Aldershot Town W 1-0 League Two
    13 Oct 2012 Gillingham v Aldershot Town W 4-0 League Two
Since then we are 6 games unbeaten against them and we won our last meeting at their ground and this season have won 4-0 against them when we were at home.

    Current league table
As of 28.02.13 Gillingham sit top of League 2 after 34 games with 65 points which is 2 points ahead of Port Vale in second.
Aldershot sit 19th in the league after 35 games on 38 points.

    HOADIE’S View on this match
With Aldershot down the bottom and us so good on our travels we should be winning but it will not be easy at their place under a new manager, I would take a 0-1 win to us in this one.
They are now unbeaten in 4 so this is not easy at all and have won 5 at home which is not good but it means that they will be pushing to get a lot more as they fight to stay up.

    The score line and scorers
I am thinking this will be Aldershot 0-1 Gillingham and Lee will get the goal.

Half time 0-0, Martin Allen not happy with some things and is making his point to the ref.

Second half now with no changes yet. I would bring on Dack and Williams soon.

Aldershot 1-0 Gillingham, that is bad news, we have not come from behind to win this season so we will need to do that for the first time if we want to win.

Unfortuately without a striker in form we may have to settle for second or even third come the end of the season.

We don't want to lose the gap because if you fall down to third it is easy to fall all the way out.

I remember the depth of our squad at the start of the season and 'rotation'. Now the squad looks very thin.

Come on you gills, go for it and get a win now. Legge is immense, knew he would get goals but 2 so far is not bad.
