Agree, he should have least pushed it out past his left hand post, the shot was almost straight at him , but moving a lot and a bit away to his left, he managed to knock it back to his right and into danger.
Caeser should have done better then that, those low bounce in front shots moving in the air are horrid to deal with but a prem keeper shouldn't be spilling it back out, either smother or push well to the side! The defenders should see that danger and follow back too though!!

There was no way he could smother it he did really well blocking the ball with his foot whilst off balance such was the swerve on the ball.
Point is, we had the usual hysterical people on here a few weeks ago saying he was the best keeper in the Prem. Very good shot stopper but very prone to clangers.
Terrible start to 2nd half, We, especially Park, keep giving the ball away, and in dangerous areas. Jenas in for Granero! Why not Park?
