This is going to sound negative but I can't see us getting anything from this game Burton have managed to score 14 goals in there last five games and 5 against them with injuries going against us again and lack of punch up front its going to hard to find the net but at least with a solid defence I can't see us letting to many like the opposition has done against The Brewers lately. So my prediction(s) is........ Bristol Rovers 0-1 Burton Albion Or Bristol Rovers 1-1 Burton Albion Still not sure I will vote tomorrow But Burton do have a bad away record this season so you never know another 7-1
the amount of chances were creating, we will hit a team for 6 im sure of it. but this game will be a tough game. as pointed out in the above details, burton are on great form and to get anything we will need to be at our best at the back like we were vs northampton until the 88th minute when we switched off for a long throw. if we defend well then we got a chance. 1-0 or 2-1 win for me. i think we will bounce back with 3 points. reading the comments from the players on twitter, they want it really bad and are all fired up and ready for the task ahead.
hopefully they are not looking for revenge from last season but instead worried that we will do it again
Team news for the Gas.... Bristol Rovers loanee Clayton McDonald is available following the birth of his child, while new striker Oumare Tounkara could make his debut. Ryan Brunt (knee) is set to return, but Seanan Clucas (knee) and David Clarkson (ankle) are out for the season.
VIEWS FROM THE TRAINING GROUND Bristol Rovers manager John Ward told BBC Radio Bristol: Burton Albion manager Gary Rowett told BBC Radio Derby:
I've got a bloody cold so not sure if I will make the match so may have to come on here on my own. What great start to my weekend and a week off
you may not be on your own! i may be present. im ok but my 2 little girls are unwell too. see in the morning with how they are.
It seems to be going around at the moment hopefully a good night sleep will be the cure but as long as win then I'm prepare to miss out
Not being a annoying prick or anything, but if I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, I have a really hot bath and steam the cold out of me. I never really get anything after that, its works for me might work for you Seamage. Don't you try it with the kids Capt its only advise for grown up's. Don't want you scalding the little people
ROD you should have warned me at the beginning not to let my girls have a hot bath, not at the end my girls are still awake. its going to be a looooooooong night seamge, ROD is right, when i use to go to the gym, if i had a cold i use to sit in the steam room for ages and it just poured out of me i felt so much better after.
Comon seamange and CJ Poor excuses get your asses down to the mem and support your team in there hr of need.I might allow CJ the time at home to look after the wee ones though. COR View attachment 21907 COR
