Shaw's on the bench, Fox starts. Shaw must not be 100% then I guess.

Ramirez and Fonte back in as well, Hooiveld can consider himself a little unlucky but if Shaw isn't fit to start I'd rather have only one of Fox and Hooiveld.

Very attacking front four of Lambert, Puncheon, Ramirez and Lallana. Hopefully they can all show their stuff against the weakest team in the league!
