Yes I just spotted that. I got most of them but without spoiling it for others was amazed at how many goals some had scored!

    I love Mick McCarthy.

Was quizzed today about his non-selection of Jay Emmanuel-Thomas.

One reporter said: "He excites me..."

Mick McCarthy replied: "Halle Berry excites me but I'd not pick her either!"

So it's Friday night and rather than being in the South Bank, sweeping the the Girl I mentioned in the last thread off her feet, I'm here with no plans other than to play World of Warcraft. For ages I've longed for her to be single and now she is, the reality doesn't quite come close to expectation.... So much so, that I think it warrants a song.

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
    When hope was high
    And relationships worth pursing
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving
Then I was young and only recently single
And relationships were made and used and wasted
There was no dinner tabs to be paid
No song unsung, no Pimm's untasted

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
As they turn your dream to shame

She lay* a summer by my side
She filled my lunch breaks with endless wonder
She took my job in her stride
But she was gone when my job to an end came

I had a dream being single would be
So much different from this loneliness I am living
So different to what it seemed
Now rejection has killed the dream I dreamed

    * Not the verb 'to get laid' but rather 'to lie', as in lying on the grass

I've spent the last couple of days incapacitated and not able to get off my sofa, but have discovered some pretty good television in that time. Anyone a fan of Bob's Burgers or Archer?

Christ Wolves really are in the ****. Although going down to League 1 has proved successful in the long term for a certain club. <whistle>

The humour is very similar. The voice actor for Archer plays Bob.

I'll probably die before that happens.
