Don't remember O'Halloran. But Madsen was a striker we had for about half a season? Back in 2006 according to wiki. Can't remember much about him though I'm afraid, not sure if that's a reflection of the player or my memory!

In other random ex-Saint news, Lee Molyneux scored two thirty yarders in five minutes on Tuesday. And he didn't even get sent off.

O'Halloran apparently played for 3 clubs in 2008, including 1 appearance for us. Wonder what was going on there. Not surprised no one remembers him.

Yeah I think I remember that, the Villa manager (O'Neill?) complained that we signed him for a month and only played him for a few minutes.

I think O'Halloran was meant to be a promising U21 international, but wasn't very good.

I remember Madsen more clearly. Scored a couple of goals but like most of the team that season, not great.

I know O'Halloran was a left back in the lower leagues but I don't remember when he played for us and I presume Madsen was a Danish bloke but I have completely erased him playing for us out of my memory, I assume he did not score many! NB - just wikied it and O'Halloran only played one game on loan for us, I seem to remember he had a good game but picked up a serious injury and that was it for his Saints career.

I remember O'Halloran from when Villa were actually decent, before all those exciting youth prospects either got sold or turned out crap. They were fun to manage on FM. For some reason, though, I have no recollection of him being at Saints.

It is also like Imants Bleidelis, I remember them bringing him in to keep Pahars company but I cannot recall or recollect him actually playing for us; talk about one game wonders!

    Eastleigh:

    1. Lib Dem
    2. UKIP
    3. Conservatives
    4. Labour

BBC Politics reporter Peter Henley mentioning that there is a gap of just under 1% between the Liberals and UKIP.

Although they have made reasonable points at times in the past. The UKIP 'manifesto' worries me.

Far too focused on one area than the others..... and too many significant flaws.

On another note it's quite funny reading comments from people online about them. Including one man who I presume was Pakistani saying:

"They want to ship the Pakistani's out, we must shoot the white Nazi scum"

Deary me. He commented on discrimination being bad beforehand then comes out with that.

People in this country do worry me sometimes.

Idiots on both sides. This immigration fear-mongering needs to be shot in the foot right now though. There's no valid reason for it - it's plain xenophobia.
