Good to see Lee Clark doing well with Huddersfield. Hope they go all the way. He tries to play football the right way and it is admirable that he has gone into the lower division to learn the trade. I think with his passion for Newcastle he would be a great future manager for us. Would hold a great connection with the fans. What do u think? Be great to have a geordie in charge and Shearer doesnt seem to be very proactive where his managerial career is concerned. Seems to be waiting for a perfect job when we all know there isnt such a thing. What do u think?

I'd love him here when Pardew and Ashley leave (if Shearer hasnt gone into management).

2-2. Does that mean Huddersfield go out on away goals or is it extra time? I always keep an eye out for their results because of Clarky, I'd love to see him here some day.

Needs to learn his trade a lot more for me, but seems to have the basics spot on so far to become a top manager one day.

If anyone is watching the match its been brilliant I think. Players putting everything on the line, end to end and the atmosphere is amazing! Come on Huddersfield!!

Talking of managers in League 1, Exeter City manager Paul Tisdale is destined for bigger things one day. He has been the City manager for 5 years, got City playing attractive football and has brought them from the Conference to a mid-table League One side. Infact this season he acheived Exeter's highest ever league finish (8th). He's only ever paid for one player. Not saying he's going to go to the PL but he was linked with the Reading job a season or so ago. For a club Exeter's size to go from conference to steady League One side is a great achievement. I lived near Exeter until I was 21 and my family are still there hence me keeping an eye on how City get on.

Couldn't agree more. He has done a fantastic job. Didn't know about him only signing 1 player though, thats even more impressive! I would give you rep but I can't!

He'll probs get a Championship job soon then that is impressive, especially given the fact that they only stayed up on the last day of last season.

There's some talented managers in the lower leagues, the main thing is steady progression and not jumping to far up the ladder too soon like Ince when he went to Rovers. Would be good in a few years if some of them made it to the top. Cheers for the rep attempt!
