    Does anybody miss the on-board driver side-view position on the win mirror, I haven't seen it in years.
    Loved it in the 2006 ESP GP on classic F1. :emoticon-0105-wink:

    Probably, how comes it never appears or is there no camera allowed in them positions?

    Ah - do you mean this? I think the FIA just toss about with various camera mountings and replay techniques year on year like they toss about with technical regulations. Remember the ghost comparison of drivers round corners a couple of seasons ago? I liked that. It's gone now.

    I miss that ghost thing the BBC had in '09. Where they'd overlay two different drivers taking the same corner.

    We don't see the 'steering wheel' shots much anymore. Straight at the driver so we don't really see much, but at tracks with clear visors it could be interesting to see drivers eyes when they size up an overtake.

    Just stick a camera inside the helmet, now THAT would be an interesting shot!
