I could never put a bet on a certain striker scoring against us, or us losing etc, (whatever the odds)... It would just feel so wrong!
David Nugent might not play. He has a neck injury again. He suffered a slipped disk earlier in the season and its gave him more problems and he will more then likely miss our game with Blackburn tonight Still we have Harry Kane and Chris Wood
Tommy had Chris Wood in his pocket earlier in the season when he was playing for Millwall so lets hope this is the case again on Saturday
Well I hope he does better for you than he did for us. The ball just seemed to bounce off him when he was with us and he seemed completely out of his depth at Norwich. That said, Spudz must see something in him because I think he's just signed a new contract with them.
David Nugent isnt in the squad today so Chris Wood and Harry Kane will start with Martyn Waghorn and Jamie Vardy on the bench Waggy is very hit and miss and Vardy is just crap
Both would probably be an improvement on our lot... Also didn't you spend £1million on Vardy from a non league club. I always thought that seemed an odd purchase as I think we were apparently looking at him at that time and then you came in with an offer that no one was ever going to match. Could come good in time but was always a bit of an ambitious punt.
Vardy started well but as the months have gone on its clear to anyone that he just doesnt have the ability at this level. He will probably do alright in league 1. His strength and first touch is non existent. He snatches at chances and he just doesnt get involved much. Cant fault his effort at all though 1M was a gamble but one we could afford. Had he lived up to the hope then I dont think we would have signed Chris Wood
