    The academy one is the biggie for me.

    Wonderful to see genuine talent coming through the ranks.

    Same with me about the academy.

    One top player a year would pay for the academy (in transfer dealings or savings)

    We seem to be getting two (at least) a year.

    Plus, a few quid for the ones that aren't quite Premier standard, but can be sold on to the Championship etc.

    It's going great down there, one area of the club that is getting everything right at the minute, long may it continue.

    Maybe its time to give both Bally and Ged McNamee a bigger role in first team affairs to reward both their successes in the Academy and reserves. I don’t see many youths or reserves facing long injuries?

    Maybe it’s a coaching problem at first team level currently.
