http://www.luvgonzotalksbollox.co.uk Man Utd appear to be resorting to sneaky tricks in their battle to keep Paul Scholes out of the clutches of Liverpool. Last week's matchday programme contained an interview with Scholes in which the midfielder proclaimed his love of Liverpool FC, stating he is "a regular visitor to Anfield when the Man Utd aren't in action". âI used to try and come to Anfield as much as possible to see Liverpool, and also follow them to away games when I could,â he said. âA lot of my family are Liverpool fans, and I loved watching Liverpoolâs players. When youâre a player yourself, you want to see the very best play. If you can't learn from coming to Anfield, where can you learn from?â It was Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard, who stood out the most for Scholes though. âI learn something every time Iâm on the same pitch as Gerrard,â he continued. âWhen you go up against him, you see how he knows where everybody else on the pitch is, and where the ball is coming before it comes to him. That gives him time on the ball and so many options.â Liverpool fans have been talking about how they can bridge the gap between themselves and Barcelona. However, with such top quality signings at Liverpool, itâs time to forget about Xavi and Iniesta and wonder how can anyone compete with Downing! World beater.
Well lets just say some one was in a nasty car accident. Put that with my last message and you get the picture.
Luv, you really need to stop stealing my ideas to make your own threads! As for Scholes being a Liverpool fan, it doesn't surprise me. It was rumoured Ferguson was a LFC fan too.
