I cant see much of him either. Sauber were sceptical of placing him to replace Perez when he had is accident and the also were not over confident putting him in the team now.

I expect him to too. Actually, I want to see some giant slaying drives from the Hulk this year, we've already seen the signs.

I've got an each way bet on Hulk to be WDC this year. I have a feeling that Sauber will be battling the top teams this year

I'm not sure I'd go that far - he is driving a Sauber - but I'll be overjoyed if you're right!

Then again, if Red Bull have started copying Sauber's car...

I think Sauber will have leapfrogged Mercedes due to their positive form at the back of last season, and will be occasionally fighting for the podium... just an educated guess.
With the Hulk at the wheel... maybe more?

Hamilton Vs Hulk Vs Pastor Vs Rosberg Vs Bottas should be VERY! Interesting

We are spoilt to be honest this year, very spoilt <ok>

And that's just the top midfield!

Still got Seb Vs Alonso Vs Kimi Vs Button Vs Webber Vs Perez Vs Grosjean fighting for the WDC

I think it'd be about £150 or so. But for 75p that's not bad going :)

With an innovative design and Hulk behind the wheel, I'm tempted myself to stick £2 on those odds and laugh if it comes true because I'll be going to Spa the year after.

Looks like Force India have made their decision. Announcement today or tomorrow.

My guess is that they've gone for Bianchi. I say this because:

    • The recent Autosport Plus article said: "AUTOSPORT understands that no immediate decision is likely. Financial packages, 2014 engine deals and other issues are all intertwined with the choice, but there remains a chance that it could all come down to Vijay Mallya's gut instinct."
    • Last Thursday's Autosport magazine said: "Sutil has five seasons in Formula 1 under his belt, all with Force India in its various guises. At 30, he is in his prime and given that he knows the team so well, he will be able to slot in seamlessly, although there was friction with team principal Vijay Mallya in the past when Sutil was eyeing a move to a bigger team."

Hope it's Bianchi, gives me hope for the future when talent of Bianchi and Bottas get into F1 and hopefully wipe pay drivers off the map.

Only problem with that though is Sutil was reported to be 0.3 faster than Di Resta, so is Paul racing or not?

Probably, because if FI are tight for money, I doubt they'd want to pay heavily to break his contract.

It's a shame: I'd rather see Sutil and Bianchi than Laughing Boy underwhelming for yet another season while bragging as if he's better than Vettel. Where did he get that idea anyway? :emoticon-0143-smirk

Surely they could put Sutil in the car, then bribe Ferrari saying if they pay to get rid of di Resta they'd put Bianchi in his seat.. I still think they'll go for Bianchi but I think Sutil will be the better option.

That would be hilarious, though probably highly unlikely. There's a kind of logic there though.

Nicolas Todt, manager of Jules Bianchi, says that Force India have chosen Sutil as their second race driver for 2013 (via @antoinearlot) #F1

    Connor ‏@cmckinleyF1
Sport Bild were reporting that Sutil had got the seat this morning so seem that an announcement was close and Todt's words back that up #F1

That's a real shame we know what Sutil can do he is just another midfield driver, Bianchi is fresh and in terms of young drivers is more along the lines of Bottas as opposed to Chilton etc. Bianchi has a lot to learn but with Ferrari backing and plenty of time in the car could become a quality driver.
