    Fair comment.

I hadn't meant to imply you were. It was more of a general comment that I thought the Bolton game was a one off aberration. We're still in there and pitching, I maintain the hope that we'll pinch second auto spot.

Glad you think so and not what Bolton fans were saying at the end. They caught us still in the dressing room. Once we got a grip it all changed. Goal 4 was simply poor defending that can happen to anyone at anytime. Thankfully the games gone and we move on. But for a bad miss by Joel Ward of Derby @ Watford in the closing stages we would still be 2nd. Fine margins.

O/T.........Injuries set to water down the team strengths of both Lesta and Blackburn Rovers tonight.

Lesta striker David Nugent a massive doubt for the game. Blackburn have the 4 we know about missing it appears.

Ive got this down as a draw on my coupon.

I thought they'd walk it, I posted as much on the Leicester board yesterday, they were at home and are a much better team, I'd have been amazed if they'd lost.

I had it down for a 1-3 defeat, but mine was wishful thinking just like yours ;)

Having watched the Bolton game on TP, I think Evans and Bruce should drop out for Fathi and McShane.

Evans could have prevented the first 2 had he not been caught ball watching in no mans land, the first one he left his man to run and double up on the runner with Chester, as soon as he peeled away cross comes in and Evans' man heads it in. Stick with your man Corry.

2nd goal, Davis plays the ball from the edge of the box, Evans was tight to him, then leaves him completely when N'Gog gets the ball to help scrap it away even though he's already sandwiched by Chester, Meyler and Hobbs with nowhere to go and nothing to do but pass it to, yeah Davis. Stick with your man Corry.

Bruce was lucky not to give them more goals too when he was caught in cloud 9 countless times, he gifted the opportunities but fortunately they couldn't sieze advantage from them.

Elmo looked half asleep in the first few minutes too, contributed to their 2nd with a horrific pass and their 3rd, where was the challenge? Same for the whole team though, hesitant, undecisive, slow to think, react and move and only went in for balls half hearted as if they changed their minds mid challenge.

Hope Bruce makes them sit on hot coals in the changing room before the Brum game to keep their eyes peeled and heads thinking straight, that opening 10 minutes would have been embarrasing for an u9's Sunday league team.

Fair play yes you did say as much. However, watching the highlights of the game on SSN last night i would like to know where the Blackburn defence went to ? 3 free headers. Another good contribution from DJC by the sounds of it ?........Not.!!

I think we can now almost rule out Blackburn Rovers for being a serious play off team. Since they beat Arsenal 1-0 in the FAC, they have failed to score a goal and conceeded 5. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Not really it wasn't. I did think that Blackburn had enough quality to get a draw especially with Nugent missing. Oh well, hopefully Aaron McLean and Ipswich can do themselves and Hull City a good turn on saturday.
