Funny how Spurs fans enjoyed calling us a 1 man team last season, which is exactly what they have become, but those same dirty ****s don't mind it now.
Well, that was annoying. That miss by Taylor proved crucial in the end, if he scored it would have been 3-1 to the Spammers at that point with only 20 odd minutes to go. Oh well.
They are up to 51 now. If we beat them we will be one point behind them. It's crucial not to lose this fixture. Biggest NLD in ages.
In the context of the season, that is a MASSIVE win for Spurs. If they drew, then I would have settled for a point in the NLD, but now I think we need to actually win there if we are to overtake them by the end of the season. It's the only way to kill the momentum they are currently riding on. As mentioned, biggest NLD derby to date.
Totally agree. West Ham is a difficult place to come to especially with Fat Sam at the helm. Spurs of the past would have struggled to get past them. Instead they battled back well and won. It will be the most important NLD under WEngers tenure.
They still have City, Chelsea, Everton and Stoke away. They can and will drop points in all of those fixtures.
They have City and Everton at home, not away. Games are running out, like last season, we need to beat them when it really matters. Only problem is that we are not playing at the Emirates this time.
Yeah I meant Stoke away tough fixture list. Let's see if they can keep it up. I think we will be ok in this Derby actually. They are relying very heavily on moments of brilliance from Gareth Bale. His luck is bound to run out eventually. We'll see this weekend.
They already beat a clone of Stoke and i wouldn't rely too much on Chelsea with Benitez in charge. We need to grab at least a draw against them in the NLD. We can't afford to lose.
