    And the award for scruffiest goal of the century goes to Gylfi Sigurdsson.

    I definitely rate Caulker, as well. Given the current questions at CB for England, he definitely deserves real consideration.

    We weren't in the position to argue. Decent money at the time. Although we lay some claim to him, Spurs have brought him on. May not have been given the time to develop at a top club. If he leaves Spurs, he will attract massive bids...pity we have no sell on clause.

    Was 5 rising to 10 with a 25% sell on clause...then reduced to 8 mill minus sell on clause. At the time it was considered good money for a youngish unproven player, but hopefully we will not have to let players go now.

    I hope you people noticed that as soon as I declared my honorary support to Spurs, West Ham went into the lead, and as soon as I declared no interest, Spurs went on to win.

    I shall be using that tactic again at important times. Reads like I deprived myself of a good bit of Gareth Bale skill.
