Not meaning to be cruel, but does no one else find it a bit weird/odd this whole Muamba thing? And how it is still continuing... Why does everyone insist on wheeling him out as a hero and the like? He's one of many, many heart-attack sufferers, at the end of the day the heroes are the Doctors and Nurses. I understand he is a figurehead and is doing a lot of charity work but from a lot of quarters it seems to be faux-appreciation. Having said that, I have read a lot about him and as much as his work is inspirational, it's slightly odd how some people react to him.
Have to agree DTLW. Seems like a great guy and I have respect for him but I think it's gone over the top now.
It's the whole media hero worship thing.Even with that helicopter crash in London last month where they tried to suggest the pilot steered it away from buildings and crashed it in the street. As if he had any control over a helicopter with no rotor blades.Pathetic hackery that tries to take us for idiots. They should stick to 'phone hacking.
Hoping that Tottenham grabs one of the CL spots. Don't particularly want Arsenal to take one, but I'd prefer them to Chelsea, I suppose.
I hope Howard Webb is as generous to us with the Penalties on Saturday, that one looked a bit dubious to me.
