Aside from them, Inter is always a very good side and certainly won its tie convincingly. Spurs are good. The rest all look like teams we can look at as no better than us. Can anyone fill me in on the eastern european teams, and obviously Anzi in particular ?
Teams that are better than us - Spurs Chelsea Inter All the rest are around or a bit below or above our level, but they are ones in which we should have a very good chance of winning in. The 3 above would be favourites to win I think.
You say Spurs are good, yet we took them most of the way, and if Bale were to get injured I reckon they'd look rather ordinary.

I'd probably add Zenit to that list Tash. Simply because the big players always play well against us, as they don't come much bigger than Hulk...
I'm saying all the other teams wouldn't really be clear favourite against us, anyone could take it. The other 3 would be favourites against us

Yeah, we now know we can win away, we can come back from a goal down, we can see games out and we can string together decent results- something we weren't doing earlier in the season...hopefully Cisse's goal will give him a lift as well - 10 goals in all comps from now till end of season please Pappisto!?!?

Well the good thing is IF we make it past Anzhi one if Spurs or Inter will be binned out. Btw we are significantly low down that list at the moment IMO.
Beating any of those sides will be very difficult for us some technically very good teams. We are definitely capable of doing any one of them on our day tho.
I think that if we beat Anzhi then we'll definitely be in the top 8 sides left in the competition! =J
The Russian teams are becoming a force in Europe now. The Russian teams, Benfica, Inter and Lazio are the teams to avoid. Spuds are a one man team and always field a weakened side and Chelsea are in free fall. My dark horse for the Europa League are Levante.
