Tony Bellew stepped in to fight Clev at late notice. I don't know what kind of condition he'd be in. He must be fairly good to go. i am not sure when the rematch with Mckenzie was scheduled for. Bellew is some man for one man. He just wants to get at Clev at any cost. Fair play for rescuing the card.
