I never said we were. I asked you for your onion because you implied you'd seen the match. But you then confirmed your opinion was based on your "imagination", which is fine. Just suprised you were imagining the Hull game rather than watching (or imagining) Leicester.
AKCJ, help him get his five a day. In fairness, I don't think Hull will get beat like that too often. It won't be their last loss but future defeats will be closer.
I've never seen a good performance rewarded with a 4-1 defeat. So i'm going by experience rather than imagination. Unless you're claiming you did play well?

But that's my point. Not everyone "talks" like that. On an informal forum, there's nothing wrong with it. I wouldn't do it in a formal environment.
No we didn't play well, but we were much better then them. The only reason we lost is because they started brighter and were much more clinical in the final 1/3!
We didn't actually play badly throughout the game, we just didn't turn up for the first ten minutes. Though obviously, you can't go three down in the first ten minutes and claim it was a good performance.

Definition of a vegetable: A plant or part of a plant used as food, typically as accompaniment to meat or fish, such as a cabbage, potato, carrot, or bean.
