The way the Premier league is going this season, I would guess that 35pts will keep you up but just to be safe I am going to go on 37. We are on 29 now so another 8 points required? Sunderland v Fulham (1) QPR v Sunderland (0) just got a feeling Sunderland v Norwich (3) Sunderland v Man Utd (0) Chelsea v Sunderland (0) Newcastle v Sunderland (1) Sunderland v Everton (0) Villa v Sunderland (1) Sunderland v Stoke (1) Sunderland v Southampton (3) Tottenham v Sunderland (0) We need 8 points from that lot, I have us taking 10 and about 15th, 5 points above relegation.
Sunderland v Fulham - 3 QPR v Sunderland - 1 Sunderland v Norwich - 3 Sunderland v Man Utd -0 Chelsea v Sunderland -0 Newcastle v Sunderland -0 Sunderland v Everton -1 Villa v Sunderland -0 Sunderland v Stoke -3 Sunderland v Southampton -1 Tottenham v Sunderland -0 12 points and scraping over the line on 41

3 points v Fulham, Norwich and stoke, 1 point v Southampton, the mags and villa, defeats v qpr, man utd, chelsea, Everton and spurs, 12 more points imo, although we'll only need 8 I reckon
The run Sunderland are on I can't see you getting many more points. Is that four defeats on the trot now?
3 All have been close games though and we shouldn't have lost any of them, maybe Reading, but previous two games especially we should not have lost. We're not playing awfully so it's not a great concern, if we don't beat Fulham on Saturday then there's a problem imo
Thank **** you were here to remind us eh? Would you have been here to remind us if you had lost today? (But then the only reason I knew the skunks had won was that it came up on screen during the cup final show! I would have guessed any way when a sad **** like you only turns up when you win.)
Dear me no I'm not. The day a sad little skunk turd like you makes me angry will be.................................. Never! What I am on is the SAFC board.
Now now, calling me a sad **** and a sad little skunt turd is not nice Not only do I detect anger but also a little desperation. I mean, you've only picked up one point from the last twelve and seen your seven point lead over us disappear. And while we are on a roll your team is sliding towards relegation. That may not happen but I bet you are squirming a wee bit, no? Never mind, I see you've predicted that you'll beat us at our place. A lot of Sunderland fans on here don't share your confidence.
Sunderland v Fulham (1) QPR v Sunderland (3) Sunderland v Norwich (1) Sunderland v Man Utd (0) Chelsea v Sunderland (0) Newcastle v Sunderland (0) Sorry chaps, I think we will have too much for you at SJP Sunderland v Everton (1) Villa v Sunderland (3) Sunderland v Stoke (1) Sunderland v Southampton (1) Tottenham v Sunderland (0) 11 points. Fair return
May not be nice but is in point of fact true! Wow brilliant, from a couple of lines of text with no hint of anger and desperation, you in your sad empty head have created a whole new scenario. And I'm just supposed to be a sheep and not think for myself much like your good self?? Don't think so, I will always make my own mind up on any subject!
Talkng of anger, hahahhahahahahah **** me! You still here? Is your arse not sore enough already halfwit?
Beyond the next three games I can only see another four where picking up points looks possible. Survival but only just... Hopefully the summer will see some fundamental changes. One concern is that MON will be looking to play N'Daiye and Cattermole which may be a decent partnership but also suggesting that a central midfilelder won't be a priority.
I for one can't wait for Catts and N'Diaye to play a few games together. two hustling and bustling players who will both put shifts in. N'D has impressed me with his team play and workrate. (Needs a few extra hours on the training pitch on his shooting mind ) Couple of new fullbacks and Gardner will be cover in MF. Keeping our eyes open for a decent ball playing MFer wouldn't hurt though.
