1 word: Ouch!

And yes that is a sign of that freedom, but I'm sure the freedom comes at a cost when they're in a title fight.

I think it has 3 meanings, Music, love and I think the fire is meant to represent fuel being burned out of his heart?

And with a dash of Christianity I think, though I don't think Jesus would do that <laugh>

And on another note, my condolences to the victims of the Daytona incident.

All over Skynews, but I hate it when they say the driver lost control. He made a decision to keep right and that caused a collision. Not losing control.

All drivers concerned made various decisions but it was contact with the car behind (however caused) which initiated incident. This caused him to be violently 'steered' right (much more than he'd have done without the contact) and beyond his control. Once this contact had been made, he quickly became a passenger – powerless to influence the outcome.

Oh I agree he lost control afterwards but it was the initial decision to veer to the right, the contact with the car behind then caused him to lose control. If he had kept the car straight I don't think anything would have occured.

I expect 'divide and rule' is standard practice for Dr. Markiovelli.

A friendship between drivers through the younger ranks is understandable, but when it gets to this level of competition, there's pressure to impress (especially at STR, and even more so given they're teammates), so it's not particularly surprising. I can't remember a time when two drivers were particularly good mates on and off the track. The fact that they're only just saying this now is what's actually surprising.
