Yes, I've not got a whole lot of confidence in either Utd or Arsenal today. Although I guess that Utd's next game is another PL game, rather than an FA Cup or CL game, so one would hope that SAF doesn't rest anyone today. Reading-Wigan is a game we just can't win from. Yes a draw, in my opinion, would be comfortably the best outcome for us, but that would still result in both sides moving a point closer to us - and in Reading's case, moving to within one game (ie three points) of us. Basically a draw in that game is the lesser of three evils, as opposed to a good result. I just want that game over with, and out the way. Norwich-Everton is actually the game which I have my eye on the most today. That is winnable for Norwich, but equally so for Everton. Norwich are on poor form, we know that. And we're closing them up quickly, and go to their place in a fortnight. Between today and then, they go to Old Trafford - and yes, whilst Utd will no doubt have more than one eye on the Read Madrid 2nd leg just days later, it is still a trip to Old Trafford. I can see Utd slipping up away from home in the league from now on, but not at Old Trafford. So if Norwich lose today, they are nigh on certain to go into our game still on 29 points. And hence we'll either be above them when we play them, or be able to go above them by beating them.
Can all but cross Fulham off the list of relegation candidates...they're probably no more than five points from safety now.
