No it doesn't. It says a journo THOUGHT it MIGHT be around 1M. Look up the meanings of "undisclosed" and "believed", then add what we all know about journalists and their so-called "sources".
Whose "he"? If you mean Sven then yes, that's why he lost his job. Although to be fair, two of those six were loanees, so only a quarter have actually left, one of whom (Mills) had an attitude problem, two (Paintsil and Ball) were signed short term anyway so only Peltier didn't really cut it and even he stayed in the Championship and we didn't lose any money on him. Those were only Sven's summer signings anyway, so you can add Bamba and above five or six loanees to that list. Nige in his second spell has signed Koncky (great signing), Morgan (great signing), Wood (great signing), Vardy (disappointing), Futacs (hard to judge), De Laet (good), James (good), Drinkwater (good), Marshall (good), Kane (loan, should be good at least), Whitbread (OK) and Kean (on loan, good). So Pearson has signed less than Sven in more time, for less money and we're higher in the league. The only one of Pearson's signings you can even compare to Prozzie is Vardy, who was less than half the money, has score more than twice the league goals in fewer appearances. And he's now about our fifth or sixth choice striker. But the real answer to your question about why we go on about Prozzie is that some of your lot were boasting on our forum pre-season that, because he cost £2.6m and because Bruce had been scouting him for ages, that he was going to set the league alight. It's not so much a pop at Bruce as those jokers.
Journo's tend to look at a player's "market value" when they say things like that. But in Morgan's case, he didn't have long left on his contract so I doubt we paid his full "value".
I assumed (obviously wrongly) that Nige had signed them. Either way, 7 months talking about one player ffs. Off I pop. to listen to the commentary
I agree, it's a bit boring now. But it has been given new life by some Hull fans claiming you didn't play £2.6m and that the club lied for some reason. Which is hilarious.
do me a favour then. If the ****ing idiots talk about...****in ignore them. I do want to engage with you guys...but to be honest its not worth it if every other message mentions prossie or 2.6 m. we are 3 down, THat should help u guys a bit.
It was the same when you were 7 points ahead. I dnt't tend to tend to wind people up as regards results. I can live with Hull losing today. If they win 3 out of every 4 they should go up.
Indeed - as I've been saying all along - draws are death in this league and we have missed a huge opportunity today - if you win the next 3 you will have 9 points out of a possible 12 - if we draw our next 3 we will have 4 points and be all but buried for the autos yet unbeaten in 4 - that missed pen today is a bitch..
Hull score 5 Surely Prossie managed to get at least 1 Get voting lads http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/199299-Soppy-bollocks-week-15-vote
Leicester_ed, i think his next goal will come at the German second division club he'll more than likely get sent out on loan to sometime during pre-season.
