Got Grandioso in the league up here. Regretting it already. Good to see those beautiful silks out in this race though.
Hope you backed him fellas!..tough little horse. I always had him down as a specialist two and half miler and didn't think he'd stay that trip so well...good ride DR.
Grandioso - thanks fek, a winner at last! Sorry - meant to say get in you **** of course Edit: good to see Theatre Gude get up ok. They are saying he would have won, but I'm not so sure. Once the fences were out of the way Grandioso cleared off.
yeah ta oddy. Said the other day that henderson seems a bit out of form. That might be a bit harsh but I don't think he's flying. Coming off second best to Nicholls in a lot of the big races.
Get in Theatre Guide he's up. Looks an improver on good ground that one but was held by Dynaste earlier in the season.
Tell you what though, Ruby is earning his crust today. Really had to work to get both Irish Saint and Grandioso to win
going to take a chance on golanbrook in the next at fairyhouse in the hope they either bypass the last fence or he jumps it properly this time. Has a sound chance in this begginers chase and may be value at 9/1 also backed cheat the cheater in the delayed next at chepstow tinshu is worth a shout at 14/1 at lingfield small e/w treble for these 3
Having said that if you put a gun to my head and told to back one in the next I would plump for Mr Henderson's Forgotten Voice at 9/2. His latest run was disappointing but it was his first run for 9 months and his first ever run on soft. Being flat bred you'd think today's test would be more to his likening and with Mr Henderson's magic hands (to quote Henderson's love child) it wouldn't be a surprise to see this once 115 rated flat horse steal the spoils.
Interesting that Realt Mor has gone to Gordon Elliot - he looked a beast in his novice season, particularly at Wetherby when he fell at the last with the race at his mercy. If the change of scenery has rekindled his enthusiasm he could run a big race today. Marsonnien's form behind Lord Windemere looks rock solid but Mullins has already had a couple of hotpots turned over today
Oddy (and well done on your winner)/Dexter. Wales might steamroll Italy so will watch the rest of the racing on Channel 4.Better not have another bet and give it all back! England and France should be a cracker later on....
Watching c4 racing and embarassing they still cant do the touch screen !Wake up c4 and get rid of it -so embarassing!Ruby Walsh in awesome form -pure class....
