OT QPR Board Review: Stage 3 - Definitions

I may have been a bit hasty in attacking you Brix and for that I apologise. I know you're trying your damnedest to keep us all happy but the moment I see anything resembling new rules I break out into a cold sweat.

Could the proviso for new rules for the main forum be on condition that we do actually get a sub-forum? I'm worried that the main forum will get tightened up only to find that we won't be granted a sub-forum after all. Then we'll just be left with one forum like before but with stricter rules.

Firstly, I have no problem with you, Queenslander or anybody else critising Adel (or anybody else for that matter) as that is your right. This is a forum (see explenation below) after all, difference of opinion is both healthy and the reason we're all on here.

What you say above isn't what happened, check back if you need to. It kicked off when we were denied a clear penalty for handball against Williams and you said something along the lines of AND I'M NOT QUOTING YOU, "whats the point, Adel would have missed it anyway" when we were desperately fighting for a way back into the game. To me that was not constructive and only done to construct a stir. And you got it, hook line and sinker, congrats.

You didn't give an opinion. "Taarabt is ****" is an opinion, and that I can respect.

I called you a WUM and for that I apologise. I still feel you were wumming in that thread, thats my opinion. But you are far from a WUM overall on here. I always read your posts and I enjoy 90%'ish of them, and you have done very well in these three sections of the Board Review arguing your case fair and square. It is easy to see you care about what direction this board takes and for that I salute you.

Sorry mate, I'm really busy in me own work atm. Got to get a health & manual out for print by tomorrow night in time for training sessions going on on Monday morning. Only on here cos the work system I'm working off just crashed.

Fair enough Thor. But to be honest, I don't see how saying that is worse or even as bad as saying "Mackie is a waste of space", he "shouldn't be at the Club", he's "a Donkey" etc.
There are some guys - and I'm not including you in this mate - that have a total blind spot when it comes to Tarbs but every other player is fair game.

I most certainly do not think you're one of those cranks. Thor, hand on heart, you're one of my favourite posters and you've always stuck up for me. You have my utmost respect my friend.

Funny thing is, I don't think he's sh*t. Far from it. Just a bit over-hyped that's all.

Fair enough mate. In retrospect it was probably a bad thing to say during a match. Although I do think that should be rolled out to include abuse toward Mackie also.

Am on the road alot at the moment so not getting the change to post much. I posted the OT thread on white british leaving london as a follow on from a thread I posted during the MK cup game. Only couple of people picked up on the QPR related link I intended - but so what. I was not trying to 'TROLL' - see this as pointless - the debate seemed fine and as heated as it might be in the pub or train before or after the game - with no abuse - yet it got closed down? WHY???? Heavy handed I thought. What is principle?

The OP gave notice of the key terms and their definitions that we intend to use for moderation purposes. It offered you the unique opportunity on a not606 board to propose amendments on such minutiae.

50 posts into a thread that asked to be ignored if you had no serious (relevant) points to make, has resulted in only one slight amendment being put forward (by Norway), and this was duly accepted as valid.

No point flogging a dead horse. We'll take your silence as agreement and move on.

Next round of the consultation within the next few days.
