It depends on how good she is at picking up subtlety through Facebook messages. There a couple of things in the message she may pick up on, firstly the fact that I normally don't message her about meeting up again so soon after previously meeting up, so she may think might have something to do with her becoming Facebook single (and if she did think that, she'd be right). Secondly I suggested a specific place (the South Bank) which I've never really done before as previously I've not had any preference either way and she may think that's because I want a more romantic setting (and again she'd be right).

Then again, she might not pick up on that and just think I'm being friendly. Basically my messaged just asked how she was and wondered if she was up for meeting up next week and that I was thinking it'd be nice to go to the South Bank, and asking what she thought. So, I don't think that necessarily suggests more of a date.
