It was cliche tastic wasn't it?

All the glorious european nights at Anfield and spirit of Istanbul bollocks and then it simply fizzled out.

And it fizzled out because just as the force was with Liverpool bright spark Rodgers decided to make a double substituition which killed all the momentum they had.

He truly is an idiot. Top management, he had his script and he just could not deviate from it.

 

One of the worst timings of a double subsistution I have ever seen. To start with, any sub that involves Shelvey should be outlawed - the lad is gash.

What is this war then ? They are out of every cup so I assume the war is for 6th or 7th ?

If he just shut up and did his job rather than coming out with this **** all the time it wouldn't be as bad. He's a far better salesman than a manager in my opinion.
