Even then they'd have some way to go just to make it as comfortable as the 360 controller. I have played an xbox for 12+ hours per day on occasion, and I don't think I could do more than 2 or 3 on a PS3 without getting 'Playstation thumb'.
Damn right! PS3 has a free network, Xbox live is £40 a year. Worth it for the controller alone. Also better for talking with your mates, no one talks over Playstation. Although, what all my mates get may influency my decision for getting the new console.
Never have liked Xbox and could never get to grips with the controller. PS has always been my #1 console and the PS4 announcement last night looked sweet. Although before playstation I had both Sega Genesis and the line of Nintendo consoles up to 64.
In the past i have always bought all the consoles, now i have bills to pay i might have to pick just one this xmas. That will be the Xbox i think!

I've learned not to pledge allegiances with either Sony or Microsoft after massively favoring the 360 over the PS3 but agree about the controls being a contributing factor to which console I buy, I find my hands are too big for the 360 but with a bit of DIY that is easily fixable, playstation though, a controller for dammed midgets I just cannot use them, practically unplayable.
