Not to bothered about this news. Would rather have him fully fit against the crap teams where he will have space, unlike Utd where he won't get service. Start with BZ or JB as their keeper hates crosses and that's his weak point. Hopefully Samba can be a threat at corners.
He wont be too worried about our crosses with only one player in the box trying to get on the end of them!
I doubt Harry will risk Remy on Saturday. He could be the difference between us staying up and going down IF he heals and stays fit.
So what's wrong with giving Boothroyd a try in a game like this? Then sub him for Zamora in second half.
any type of bad groin injury is a bugger to heal. I had it for 2 months and everytime I tired to push it,it would just niggle again. Very frustrating!
Oh **** it! Let's just play Samba up front. That will rattle the Chelsea of the North. Up and at 'em say I.
I don't recall Marsh or Bowles ever spending too much time off injured - they just kept on scoring and creating goals.
I can't quite agree with throwing in the towel on this one so easily. Norwich used their unexpected victory against Man U as a catalyst for a great run. The kind of run that we need now. I'm not saying it will happen but we shouldn't deny ourselves the chance. I'm not saying Remy should definitely start but I think Harry should be looking at every possibility. Could this be mind games? Certainly we look a very different prospect without our star striker and Man U's preparations would be different. Also, there'd be a hell of a lift to the fans and atmosphere if he miraculously started...
