I think his last run was to see how it did in qualifying, then he slowed down to do some race simulation. He was using the new exhaust layout.

Lotus confirms that they are changing the gearbox on Kimi Raikkonen's E21.

 

Lotus are beginning to piss me off with their little problems, costing Kimi valuable time in the car.

Time was done on hard tyres, would expect a full-on quali run to be on softs/mediums.

Apparently marussia have 400kg of ballast on board, so much tea baging......

 

Well yesterday they could only set the fast times on the hard compound so maybe they cant use that tyre yet for qualifying run and are just restricted to the single compound?

To be honest it seems only IRBR can actually use the medium compound to a decent length at the moment.

 

At what point can we start calling Williams' new driver Valkkeri Bokkanen?

 

Seb would be on pole last year with that time.

seems there is a big urgency to get top of the times here
