Look on the positive side, Leo. From my experience to be seen very quickly and at length means something is worrying them. But then that's easy for me to say and if I have spoken out of turn, I apologise.

Morning all, another lovely morning here with a cloudless sky and the overnight frost has disappeared. Yesterday afternoon the lizards were on the barn wall soaking up some warmth.

Need to get and sort the car out today ready for the trip north. Looked at the forecast temperature for Watford Saturday 3pm and they believe it will be 2C. Must pack the cold weather gear.

Have a good day whatever you are getting up to. <ok>

Does anyone else find the "when the FA close this loophole, Watford are going to be f****d" quote that EVERYONE is using, really annoying.

Are people really that ignorant to think if the rules do change, and the "loophole" is closed, the Pozzo's are seriously just going say, "well, that's it. We may as well accept successive relegation for the next 25 years. If only we had a plan B." Not even Bassini is that stupid, so how can this phrase be used so often?!

There are too many people so desperate for Watford to fail. But, seeing our success, and the attractiveness of our football, and the talent we now have available, and the vast prospects for the future, and the fact our academy remains so prestigious, and the achievable targets set out by football loving, proven, fit and proper owners, its easy to understand the vehement, ill-informed animosity.

Go along with everything except the bit about Bassinni as I think he is that stupid. When a small Club like ours does something like this from a very different business model it's bound to attract the sort of crap you highlight.

Annoying, yes, will the carping change much for us in the future, don't think so.

I admit, the Bassini comment is a step too far. He didn't even have a plan A. He doesn't even know what a plan is.
